Pre-Conference Planning PAQ will assist event organizers with all things pre-conference. From sites scouting and selection to status meetings, we work with you from start to finish.

On-site Conference Registration Our team will set up the registration table and organize attendee packets in preparation for the check in rush. Once registrants have checked in, our desk will act as a kiosk for attendee questions throughout the conference.

Conference Signage PAQ offers both printed and digital signage options to keep your attendees engaged throughout the conference. We offer graphic design services to create the conference signage as part of our package.

Venue Coordination PAQ will assist in all aspects of planning with your venue including contracts, guest room blocks, dining selections and quantities, and meeting room layouts.

In Room AV A member of PAQ staff will be your in room during the conference. Our associate will switch the slide decks between presenters and will assist in technical glitches during presentations. For hybrid, virtual and in person, events, the in room AV will also conduct the event live stream.

Speaker, Sponsor, and Exhibitor Data Collection Let PAQ take information collection off your plate. We will contact your speakers, sponsors, and/or exhibitors to gather the necessary information for your conference website and conference program.

Post-Conference Review Following the conference, our team will provide feedback and answer questions regarding conference management as well as conference registration and attendance reporting.

Conference Bookkeeping Our conference bookkeeping services include use of PAQ’s wire transfer and PayPal accounts, management of incoming and outgoing conference finances, monthly financial reporting, preparation of invoices, and final post conference reporting.
