National Science Foundation Project AgrowKnowledge, the National Center for Agriscience and Technology Education is a national partnership of community colleges. |

| Summary: | The AgrowKnowledge project consists of partner colleges throughout the United States. Each partner participates in the project by creating or sharing materials which would be useful for community college teachers. The project needed a way for this geographically dispersed group to interact with a centralized store of information. PAQ created a customized content management system for AgrowKnowledge partners. Anyone interested in agricultural education can submit resources to a central clearinghouse. Each suggestion goes through a review process before becoming part of the system. Once part of the system, it can be used and rated by registered site visitors. This helps promote broader participation in the project beyond the primary partner schools. PAQ also added components for managing annual conferences and workshops as well as online forums and email messages which link back to the website. The result is a community driven website that shares a wealth of knowledge among teachers nationwide. |
